Massage Plus - Cancellation Policy

At Massage Plus, we realize that life happens and you may need to cancel or reschedule your session. As a courtesy to all our valued clients and practitioners, we have established the following guidelines:

Debit/Credit Card on File

  • We require a debit or credit card on file for online booking. All billing information is securely stored and managed through our online scheduling software - MassageBook.com. 
  • Cancellation and Rescheduling Policies: If you provide less than a 24-hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling, you will be charged the full-service amount the day of your scheduled appointment (unless you are sick or exhibiting potentially contagious symptoms). Cancellation and rescheduling must be by phone call – 704-966-9063. If you reach our voicemail, please leave a message and you will not be charged provided your voicemail is left prior to the 24-hour window.


No-Shows

  • If you forget or consciously choose to miss your appointment, you will be considered a “No-Show,” and you will be charged the full-service amount the day of your scheduled appointment.


Late Arrivals

  • If you arrive late, your session time may be reduced to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon your arrival time, your therapist will determine if there is enough time remaining to begin a treatment. Regardless of the length of the actual treatment, clients will be charged for the full session.


Contagious Symptoms/Conditions

(Please Note: Massage Plus provides services to clients undergoing chemotherapy and who may have compromised immune systems.)

  • To help protect the safety of all our clients, anyone arriving with potentially contagious symptoms (cold, fever, flu, etc.), will be required to exit the premises and reschedule the appointment. If your therapist is sick, you will be notified as soon as possible, and your session will be rescheduled.
  • If you are sick, please call as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment: 704-966-9063.


Inclement Weather

In the event of inclement weather conditions, we will be closed. Any sessions scheduled for that day, or any day resulting from inclement weather, will be rescheduled. You will be notified by text as soon as possible.


Walk-In Clients

At this time, we're unable to accommodate walk-ins. Please check online booking for current availability.
